35% Garnacha, 65% Samsó (Carinena)

This award winning wine has been aged for 9-10 months in French oak barrels. The name means "unplugged", wines without amplification, showing the pure wine, in an acoustic way.  It displays a fragrant bouquet of red liquorice, black cherries and plum. Acústic is a full bodied wine loaded with succulent blackberry and deep fruit, lots of spice and rich complexity of flavours and texture.

A perfect food wine that can stand up to big flavours. Cured meats like jamon and prosciutto, fish fillets baked with brown butter and capers, roast venison with olive tapenade, young lamb fillet with roasted aubergines, or prawns with romesco (roasted pepper and almond) sauce, platter of pesto, jamon, cheese and roast garlic smeared crostini.
