Avgvstvs Chardonnay is a great wine that reminds us, especially of ripe tropical fruit and small citric touches. Its fermentation in French oak barrels gives slightly toasted notes, magically combined with the touches of dairy products, giving this wine a creamy texture and very long volume.
 
Production: 
Ecologic white wine elaborated from 100% Chardonnay. Fermentation and ageing on its lees in oak barrels.
 
Tasting Notes:
Nose of ripe tropical fruit with hints of toast and citric notes. Good weight and good depth of flavour with a beautifully creamy texture.
 
Cellers Avgvstvs Forvm is a small family-owned operation with the winery located in the Baix Penedès area and vineyards just 3 km from the Mediterranean Sea, enjoying a very special microclimate blessed with a constant sea breeze that brings in warm air from the sea, which is excellent for quicker maturing of the grapes and for preventing different illnesses.
