Manto Negro 30%, Syrah 25%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25%, Callet 20%

Oliver Moragues wine is made in one of the oldest estates in Mallorca from vineyards following the principles of organic farming and manual harvest. The wine undergoes a 12 month aging in bottle and it has a limited production of 15,700 bottles.

The nose is complex and expressive, with aroma of violets, black gooseberries, jam and balsamic. This is a smooth and elegant wine full of body. Long and lingering aftertaste with ripe fruit, soft round tannins and reminiscent of dark fruit and chocolate.

Pair it with steak tartare, slow cooked beef short ribs, pot roasted chicken and any good matured cheese.
